Giving Tuesday
Ecology Awareness for Young Dancers

This Giving Tuesday consider donating to Sutradhar's latest artistic endeavor.

At Sutradhar we are educating our youngest students (ages 4 to 12) about sustainabiltiy in our environment. Through dance, activism and art we are sharing the tale of "Chipko", the movement started in 1973 by North Indian village women who wrapped their arms around tree trunks in a peaceful protest against commercial logging. By painting Mother Earth together, creating a dance about cleaning Sligo Creek and storytelling about goddess Ganga, even our littlest Lotus Buds are making a change for progress.

Your generous donation will go towards supporting our efforts, dancers and community.
