The Sutradhar Institute answered a growing demand for a class crafted for the special exuberance of boys and now offers this martial arts opportunity. The boys are given a discipline that harnesses mental acuity within a context that retains an emphasis on creativity, joy, and valor with a teacher-student dialogue. Rhythms from classical music and dance are used to add to the qualitive memory exercise, repetative movement phrases and performing pieces. Boys are taught to stretch, breath deeply, know the forms of the technique and explore their inner as well as outer potential.
