Acclaimed martial artist & dancer Khilton Nongmaithem, brings Thang-Ta martial arts, Western modern dance and use of the Feldenkrais Method to the class. 

Whether you are a beginner or pro, Khilton's work focuses on building core strength, fluid motion, and an inner poise.  This cross-training takes a student to the heights of their own ability, confidence and energy.
